Vision
At Pathways to Purpose, we strive to empower neurodivergent young adults ages 18-28 with the skills, support, and structure needed to successfully transition into college, trade school, internships, and independent adult living.
Why do students & families need this program?
- Thousands of autistic young adults are aging out of school-based services in PA with no clear path forward.
- Traditional college and vocational settings often lack executive functioning and social-emotional scaffolding.
- Families report increased mental health struggles and social isolation after high school graduation.
- Regional service gaps leave young adults unsupported between high school and independent adulthood.
- Montgomery County has the infrastructure, resources, and talent to lead in inclusive, innovative transition support.
